Directions

1. Epsom Salt Baths:
Fill your bathtub with warm water (not hot). ADD Epsom salt packet to the running water to help them dissolve faster. Soak in the bath for at least 15-20 minutes. We recommend rinsing off after the bath to remove any salt residue. 
2. Epsom Salt Foot Soaks: Fill a basin with warm water. Add about ½ of Epsom salts packet to the water. Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes. 
3. Epsom Salt Compresses: Dissolve 1/2 packet of Epsom salts in 1/2 quart of warm water. Soak a towel in the solution and apply it to the affected area for 15-30 minutes.
